Upon entering the gilded halls of the Missoula Ulta, I was met not with mere commoners, but with a court of extremely friendly and astonishingly knowledgeable staff. These fine citizens did not simply assist—I daresay they guided me, as though I were royalty (which, of course, I am), through the enchanted realms of male hair products and sunscreen.

Went into Ulta last night with so much appreciation because makeup scares me! I’m 48 and my skin has changed so much over the last couple of years, so I felt completely lost in the beauty world!! LIV, was so amazing! Not only was her willingness to help so appreciated, she was an absolute sweetheart who made me feel like my spunky old self! I left with confidence that I haven’t felt in 20 years!! ?. Shout out to you Liv!!

I had a very pleasant experience today with Helena at the Missoula location. She helped me find things, and so did another gal. When I went up to pay, Helena was very kind and helpful with my questions. She was delightful and I really appreciate her assistance today.
