I’ve been going here for the past 8 years and have always had great experiences. The front desk folks are always friendly and helpful. The optometrists I see are always good at explaining the care and they help me feel comfortable.

Dr. Hadnot is wonderful to work with. She does a great job educating on issues, does a very thorough exam, and I've had no issues with my prescription. I look forward to every appointment I have with her.
The front desk ladies and the lady you order frames through are a different story. I misheard my appointment time once, so I arrived late. The front desk people were very short with me and were very agitated we needed to reschedule. Later, I got a call that the doctor would not be in, so we needed to reschedule again. Not a problem.
