I luv to be greeted the way I am when I come thru the doors. They r always nice and polite. They keep the facility clean and tidy. If I need anything they r happy to help. I also luv the variety of machines!!

I have been trying to cancel my membership at this location for a while now. I had spoken to previous managers seem not wanting to take the time and understanding of my situation as I have moved out of the state of Montana 2 years ago. I followed instructions for the cancellation process and no luck and got charged again.
I called again today and a manager by the name of Jessica with great service and attention took the time to help me resolve my situation to cancel my membership. I am very pleased to know to trust that she will follow and continue with my cancellation. Great management skills and service. Thanks Jessica.??

I love planet fitness and I hope they never change! It's nice to find a planet fitness when you're traveling and you can continue your workout and hot showers. Staff was friendly here. The equipment was great and lots of it.
