I recently listed my father's home with Montana Realty. I interviewed three realtors, two local companies and one national chain type realty company. I went with Montana Realty because the realtor was very professional, and really went into great detail about how they determined the value of the house, how the sale would go, possible pitfalls when selling a home in that neighborhood, and even had a list of contractors available on short notice to do any work that needed to be done. Long story short, the house had two offers on the first day, one above list, and sold within a month of being listed.
