The staff at TBD are some of the best techs I have ever worked with. Knowledgeable, accommodating, and in it for the long haul. My computer was having issues and I had no idea what the issue was so I decided to look around town for pc repair shops. After comparing prices I brought my computer to technology by design and they were straightforward and helpful with every step of the repair process. The man who worked on my computer (Joshua) called me before working on the computer and gave me a complete rundown of what he was doing. Great service and a great price!
