Joelle is everything you would want in a braider. She makes you feel very comfortable and she listens to you as you explain how you want your hair braided. My call to her was not planned at all. I just randomly wanted something different done to my hair. After reading her reviews, I called and she immediately accommodated a time that worked for both of us within the hour!I whisked right over and she was very prepared to start my hair right away. Joelle has been doing my hair for some years and I can honestly say she has been the best person that I've ever had to touch my head. I won't let anybody else do my hair. Even if she has to go out of town, I'll walk around with my head nappy and wait for her to come back. She moves quickly, finds the time to work with my schedule, and my hair is always nice and neat. She educates me on my hair and won't let me put anything in my head that would be too heavy, too much work for me to maintain, or that will pull my hair out. She is prompt and consistent.
