They did a good job , but the owner was rude bc her braiders did my length longer than what she told them and told me she’s going to cut it after only having 2 rows left . No ma’am it stays this length that’s they mess up not mines I paid for the length I asked for . Anything extra was a bonus . Then got mad bc I asked to see the middle of my head

Not only did you NOT text back but this is NOT what I asked for! Granted I told her I knew the picture was knotless and I needed knots due to having locs. It’s not the correct length and I said less boho. You added all this boho bc you knew the braids looked a mess! You can tell 2 different people braided it, fly aways not cut, you ripped apart my locs in the back that I was in the process of combining. My locs are NOT thick at ALL either.

I’ve been to BBs before and decided to go to them because the lady that normally braids my hair was booked. I called and asked if they had any openings and told them I wanted 6 stitch braids. I was told $100 and to make sure i sent a picture of how I wanted them. I was called back and told that particular style is $120 ok fine I totally understand. I arrived 20 minutes before my appointment and when it was time for the shop to open no one was there. I texted to make sure I didn’t misunderstand my appointment time never received a text back. I waited for about 15 more minutes and they finally opened but was asked to wait an additional 10 minutes for them to clean up. I wasn’t in a huge hurry so ok fine. I showed the stylist what I wanted and she began to do my hair. It took 5 hours to get 6 braids done only for my hair to look NOTHING like the photo id show the stylist. I wasn’t too upset so I just dealt with it. When I getting my money out to pay I was told my total was $160! Well that wasn’t what I was told on the phone and the stylist called the owner and she said $160 as well. I expressed to her that I was told the style I showed her was $120 over the phone but now it’s $40 more and my hair just looks like regular cornrow braids. Had I been told $160 initially that was fine but I was told $100 then $120 and that’s what I put aside to pay. How does the price change once I’m in the chair verses days before? ESPECIALLY when my hair looks nothing like what I wanted. I had to go home and basically edit what had been done for me to be halfway satisfied. I still only kept the braids 3 days! $120 gone for nothing! The price wasn’t an issue, if it was I know some young ladies that would have done it for half the price and it be exactly what I wanted, this issue is the sudden price increase. Definitely won’t be back or recommend them!

BB’s has been doing my hair for years. Every time I visit, BB (herself) makes sure you’re satisfied and inspects your hair. She and her staff do a great job. I’ve never experienced any issues and plan to be a long term customer.

My experience with BeBe was amazing. I love my extra small box braids. The staff was very polite and very time effective. I don’t go any where else but here. I highly recommend.
