Elizabeth McCord was amazing—kind, attentive, and genuinely cared about my concerns. She asked thoughtful questions, listened carefully, and made me feel at ease, especially when I was anxious about getting my blood drawn. For the first time, I felt truly heard by a doctor. Excellent staff. Highly recommend!
My husband was feeling absolutely awful, and he hates going to the doctor. Once I convinced him to go, he came back and said it was the best doctor's visit he's ever had. He said he felt the care and sympathy moreso than he ever had before, especially from the warm receptionist. I believe her name might have been Debbie, but I wasn't there, and he can't recall. This was our first experience with Family First, and we will be making FNP Elizabeth McCord our primary care provider going forward!
Beth and Jennifer are very passionate and professional Practitioners. And the office staff is very friendly as well. Love to see smiling faces when you walk into a place of business.
