My little Ruby passed away at home this weekend. It was a traumatic experience to say the least. I called Waller and was treated with such kindness and care. They made everything so much better knowing that Ruby was in good hands with them. My veterinarian had suggested them. Thank you Waller for taking such compassionate care of Ruby and myself. This is the one place you don't want to visit but when you need them they are terrific. All the people there are so respectful and helpful in a bad situation, they make you feel like you are among family
