I would NEVER use Dr Whitlock, he and his nurse Roxanne are TERRIBLE!! I worked from home so I made an appointment and the staff who answered my call and scheduled my appointment assured me I could come in 10 min late because I needed to make a late appointment without missing work. I got there and the front staff was so rude to me and didn’t want to see me. I kept explaining that the lady who took my appointment told me it was ok that they would see me. Had to answer to a couple different people, finally got put back and then Roxanne, Dr Whitlocks nurse was very ugly to me. I feel very lucky to have found Dr. Ara Travers. She is one of the best doctors that I've ever had.****Dr. TRAVERS is no longer with this group (they need to update their web page) unfortunately because she really listened to her patients.When you don't go to the doctor often, it's important that your doctor listens and addresses what you need.After Dr. Travers left, I switched to the Nurse Practitioner. I went in with 3 issues...she completely blew me off on 2 of them and referred me to another doctor for the 3rd one.
