Our catahoula leopard dog Muffin doesn't really enjoy the vet. We switched to camellia city animal hospital and she loves going to see mrs Rachel 💖 Rachel is super sweet, loving and respectful. She even gives Muffin booty rubs 😊

Recently took my kitten there to get neutered and a rabies shot. He came home with fleas, and I know for a fact he did not have fleas before he went there. I checked his whole body before he went there the night before and he has never been outside. So I know it came from them. Then I was also told he could not recieve the Rabies shot because he was too young when he is 12 weeks and old enough to get the rabies shot. I am more upset about the fleas because my toddler is allergic to all bug bites and it tells me that they are not responsible as a vet office if they allow other people's animals to be infested with fleas while being there. I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK.

My fur babies have been seeing Dr. Rachel for years and now we have the enjoyment of seeing Dr. Kim as well. They are wonderful with all of my pets, even the older grumpy ones. I have always had the best experience with these doctors and the office staff is the greatest.

I brought my 9 week old Yorkie in because I thought she may have been in distress. The saw her, told me what it was and now Zuri is SO much better. I am happy I brought Zuri there! The doc was patient and really cared!

Before visiting Camellia City Animal Hospital, I called ahead to inquire about the pricing for various services to ensure I had a clear understanding of potential costs. During that initial conversation, I was provided with a specific price quote for the services I intended to receive. However, after undergoing treatment at the facility, I was unexpectedly presented with a bill that was significantly higher than the amount originally quoted.
To make matters more stressful, I was informed that the full payment was required immediately, leaving me little to no opportunity to address the discrepancy or prepare for the unexpected financial burden. The sudden price increase and the demand for immediate payment were frustrating and put me in a difficult position, especially since I had made an effort beforehand to confirm costs.
