I cannot say enough wonderful things about this salon and about Dianna! I came in after a bad experience at another salon where my hair had been completely ruined. I booked an appointment with Dianna hoping she could help, and she absolutely exceeded all expectations. She went above and beyond with both the cut and the color, staying until 9:00 pm (long after my 6:30 appointment) to make sure my hair was completely restored. The results are stunning, and the level of care and customer service was simply outstanding. I am beyond thrilled with my hair and truly cannot recommend Dianna and this salon highly enough!

Dianna and Buffy are two wonderful ladies who are very welcoming and friendly. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. Buffy worked wonders with my thin and greying hair. I am very happy with my cut and highlights. Very glad I finally found somewhere I feel welcome and enjoy my visits.

I called in after getting a butchered cut at an ULTA salon, where I showed a clear picture of long layers and somehow ended up with a crooked bob. At The Opal, Buffy took me in last second on a Saturday, and she fixed my hair beautifully, giving me the layers I was looking for without taking any more of my length that had already been stolen. She calmly explained what the prior stylist did wrong, and explained how she was fixing it as she worked, which earned my trust quickly. The facility was stunning inside and out, and very easy to find. I have struggled to find a stylist for years, and I think I have found a permanent home. Thank you so much for helping!
