Servpro did a great job for us. Showed up quickly and on ttime.Techs were polite and explained the job thoroughly. Got right to work and cleaned everything up quickly. Would highly recommend!
The team, a young man and woman, who came out was extremely polite, professional, and knowledgeable. They were clearly one of the best service teams who has come to our house. We needed to have soot residue cleaned off the ceilings due to over using and improperly using gas logs during the ice storms.
Tip: Never use water to clean soot off the ceiling. Call Servpro FIRST.
Serv pro did a great job with the water damage at my mother in laws house. She discovered the leak at 5am; we called serv pro and they were there very quickly. The staff was very knowledgeable and very helpful.
