The Mitigation Team was amazing! When we called late on New Years Day with a water issue in the attic, down two floors into the first floor walls & ceilings, Restoration 1 answered the initial call promptly, showed up when they said, followed up for 7 days to check & recheck any affected areas, adjust fans & neatly cleaned up affected areas. Every team member was professional & respectful when in our home. They made a stressful situation so much easier to deal with. NAM & Team 10/10 service!!!

After my dog turned the oven on while we were at work and caught our kitchen on fire, Restoration One was my first call! Brad and Richard have been responsive, timely, and all around helpful!
