I have been going to Studio Rue with Kelly for such a long time. She has helped me strengthen my body and also create flexibility and awareness of how my body works. She has such knowledge and patience with me. She brings her knowledge of Stott Pilates and other bodyworks to give me the Pilates workout I need. Anyone would benefit from THE BEST PILATES TEACHER IN TOWN!

Good studio for taking pilates classes. Everyone is friendly and nice selection of available classes and teachers. If you're looking to work hard and be challenged give Jacqueline a try.

This has been the perfect place for me, as I've completed physical therapy and have been dying to work out again... but WITHOUT waking the beast of back pain! Kelly is awesome and super smart!
