i went into this shop today already stressed out because i am one of those people who are busy and wait last minute, and my son really needed his long curls cut and shortened because they were getting out of control before his first day of school tomorrow. i had his hair cut at a pervious salon that morning who did not do as i asked at all and made them look worse. Sara at The barbershop is AMAZING! she’s super friendly and she did just as i asked, he has a fresh start and it’s all cleaned up and ready for his first day, after leaving he told me he loved it so much and that his hair is out of his face now. they do great with kids, my son is 6, and i will definitely be going back and recommending to people!

My father has been going here for years and they have a punch system where you buy 10 haircuts and get the last one free. It's been a few months because of my father's health and all of a sudden they don't do the punch cards and said they would not honor the punch card. Horrible customer service and very rude receptionist. We will take our loyalty elsewhere because if you can't honor your word and loyalty to us than bye.

Lacey is amazing! Honestly it’s the best haircut my son gets! Normally, he hates getting his hair cut, and refuses. With Lacey, he looks forward to it! She makes my son more calm, comfortable, and talks to him gently, makes jokes and laughs. I will take my boys to her every time! She is so friendly and makes their experience a great one! They never can wait for their next haircut! I would highly recommend to visit Lacey. ❤️

I had one of my most favorite experiences today at the Webb City Barbershop! My stylist’s name was Katie Rose, and I can say without a doubt that she had me smiling throughout my entire haircut. She was so personable, compassionate, and explained every part of the process to ensure I walked away with a nice, clean haircut. If Google allowed for an infinite amount of stars for a review, she’d for sure get them all! I can’t wait to go back and see her, the Barbershop needs more employees like her (although everyone there has been very kind to me so far). If Katie’s boss sees this, please make sure you pay her well so she sticks around! 😄

Anistyn did an awesome job! She asked how I wanted it cut and I told her how I normally have it cut and she asked if she could do it a little bit different and I said I didn’t care (I mean it’s hair, if I don’t like it then just give it three weeks and try something different, it’s hair!) but it turned out amazing!
