We had a large project set up to be done by Kaestner Lawn Care, they are some of worst people to work with, never finished the work they promised. Jake Kaestner, an owner, came to my house and harassed me (vulgar language) to collect the last $500 of a $30,000 job, even though they hadn't finished and we had problems. He said he couldn't pay his men if didn't get the $500. If he ever comes on my property again, we will call the police.

KLC installed our retaining wall and a section of it is beginning to separate and sink. We called to ask for someone to fix it since that was part of the warranty but we have been getting the run around for the past 10 months. Jake said he would get to it when he was in the area and had the time but that never happened even though he only lives a couple of miles from us. He wants to blame the settling of the soil as our problem but it is only one section of the wall and we waited 4 years to install the wall to ensure the ground had properly settled. Today was the umpteenth time that we called to find out when he was going to repair it but this time he lost his temper... read full review

Do NOT utilize this company if you want reliability! I hired Kaestner Lawn Care to mow my grass. I was told they would be there on a Thursday. It rained on Thursday, so no one showed up. Ok, understandable. I called the following Monday, no one returned my call. I called two days later on Wednesday and was PROMISED that someone would be out by Thursday at the latest. No one showed up. I called Jake Kaestner (owner) twice, left two voicemails. He will not return my calls.Kaestner Lawn Care has absolutely lost my business for good. If you're considering lawn care companies....definitely keep looking!
