Seven years ago, Double J put in a new roof for us and it has worked amazingly! They did an amazing job back then, and we continue to look to them if we have any roof needs. Recently, we had a hailstorm, and everyone in our neighborhood is getting new roofs. Mini companies are telling us that we also need a new one. We didn't have any leaks, and I felt a little leery of some of those companies, so I called Double J Roofing back to do a quick inspection and give us a quote. Guess what? They told us our roof is fine, and we only have a few dents in our gutter that we do not need to repair at this time. What company does that? Turns away business? Last spring my manager at my job. Asked if I knew anyone that did roofing. I recommended JJ. Gave him their business card. Jeffrey & Julia both came out together. Jeffrey had a drone. Which is very professional I thought. They got the job. Plus my manager said they were the only company to actually show up for a bid. They kept their word! That says a lot.
Double J Roofing came out to our house on short notice to check on a leak that we had from all of the rain the last few weeks. Turns out our 2 story had a clogged gutter which caused the issue. The company didn't charge us since our roof didn't have an actual problem which I thought was SO nice. Definitely recommend, good customer service!
