I shopped for some quotes for a new HVAC system for our home. Welsch provided a very competitive offer and delivered perfectly on my large project. Friendly staff, from the office to the individuals in my house, made this install seamless.
What an amazing experience. I came home and found out that my fan was not working on my AC (which is only 4 years old). Called after hours number. She was wonderful taking my information and the service tech Greg called me within 10 minutes. I was able to get emergency call out service (which of course is never cheap) but he was here within the hour. He was so kind and explained the problem with my motor - replaced it and showed me the amps that was so low and it was bad. He replaced it in 5 mins and he double checked my Freon level and all good.
