I love This way ladies fitness. I was a member and I moved to the county 27 mins away. But im coming back to rejoin i love the vibe and everyone was so nice. Im on my way back ladies. 🥰😍😍 I would give 10⭐if I could.
I am looking for a gym that caters to women and ran across Lisa, who owns this gym. The place was so clean and numerous machines, which is what I was looking for after hip surgery. Lisa was so warm and welcoming so much that I felt at ease with no pressure. Other ladies that came into the gym were nice & friendly as well. Signed up as this is exactly the type of gym I was looking for myself in health. They offer all type of classes, massages, and even an infrared sauna.

I'm so glad I've joined THIS WAY LADIES! I'm looking forward to gaining better balance, flexibility and strength.Everyone is very nice and encouraging. There are numerous cardio and weight machines. I highly recommend
