I love This way ladies fitness. I was a member and I moved to the county 27 mins away. But im coming back to rejoin i love the vibe and everyone was so nice. Im on my way back ladies. 🥰😍😍 I would give 10⭐if I could.

Lovely gym for ladies only! Wear what you want, no need to impress with gym clothing. All the machines and classes. Very friendly and pretty. A real plus on south Hampton!

I am looking for a gym that caters to women and ran across Lisa, who owns this gym. The place was so clean and numerous machines, which is what I was looking for after hip surgery. Lisa was so warm and welcoming so much that I felt at ease with no pressure. Other ladies that came into the gym were nice & friendly as well. Signed up as this is exactly the type of gym I was looking for myself in health. They offer all type of classes, massages, and even an infrared sauna.
Luckily, they accept renew along with silver sneakers, so the costs are free to me. I can't think of a better gym than this one as it's laid back and everyone seems so nice & friendly. Ladies, if you're looking for a gym that's comfort and caters to women only, come check this locally owned business out. Please support your locally-owned women's business to keep them in our communities.

These are the most tow hungry neighborhood business owners I've ever come across. One sign, that blows over if the door opens, in a window, that supposedly covers the entire lot, you will be towed, without warning, after an hour of mistakenly parking there an hour before they close. They need much better signage before they start towing people for $550 cash, having to take a day off work, and a lifetime of resentment towards a local business. Sorry your customers had to walk an extra 50 feet to their fitness center. Hope it's worth not working with fellow businesses to ensure clarity of the situation and consider themselves as a part of the business community, not isolationists that only work in extreme measures. Towing a vehicle should be a last ditch effort, not a first impulse. You could have spoken directly with me or the business owner I was visiting, and made it clear that your lot is off limits. I would have moved in a second, with humility. Nope. You'll just tow everyone. From now on. Tow it. No questions. Tow it now. There may be a sign in the window if it doesn't blow over. Tow it. Hahahaha. This way ladies, indeed.

I'm not sure what the owner comment is about, I came to this place around 730 pm and all the lights were off and it looked closed. Doesn't seem to follow listed hours.

Great place for just women. Lisa is so friendly and helpful .Classes are great. Go own pace. Clean. Also get a great massage.

Did a sound and meditation session. Was very relaxing. A very welcoming atmosphere.

Nice place, lots of equipment and programs. Good location with plenty of parking.
