The staff is always so nice, so accommodating, and so professional. I always receive exactly the haircut I request. And, the cost of a good haircut is very reasonable!

Aly was ABSOLUTELY amazing for my kiddos back to school haircut! Before we even left, he asked if we can come back to this place instead of our normal :) She listened to our requests and made sure everything was done to our liking, and made sure my sweet young child was comfortable the entire time. Above and beyond. 20/10 reccomend. :)

Man oh man did Amy at Sports Clips in Kirkwood bail. me. out.

Monday night, I walked into Sports Clips with my confidence shot, my ego depleted, my Rizz at zero, seeking a second haircut in 72 hours.

See, just a few nights before, I made a colossal mistake. On the fly, in a pinch, I went to another hair establishment. Let’s rewind to that fateful Friday and just call that place… “Great Clips.” I walked into GC frustrated—with long, frizzy, overgrown hair that desperately needed some attention. I took the next available uhhh… stylist (if you can even call her that), and with that, my fate was sealed.

Soon, I would discover this was going to be the worst haircut of my life.

It started when she misted my head with a spray bottle like I was a countertop that needed a light wipe. My thirsty hair soaked up that tiny bit of water immediately. Then, the brushing began—rough, confused, like she was trying to detangle a mop she found in a supply closet. There was no plan. No technique. Just panic in her hands.

She started cutting. Wildly. No blending, no fade, just blunt trauma. It felt like she was trying to punish my head for something it didn’t do. I walked out of there not just with a bad haircut—I walked out with emotional damage.

Fast forward to Monday. I step into Sports Clips in Kirkwood, hoping for a miracle. And that’s when Amy entered the chat.

She took one look and knew what needed to be done. Calm. Confident. Focused. She didn’t just cut my hair—she rescued it. She gave me hope. She gave me structure. She gave me symmetry. She used real tools, proper sectioning, and the kind of care you’d expect from a true professional.

She didn’t judge the mess on my head. She just fixed it.

And when she hit me with that MVP treatment—hot towel, neck massage, shampoo rinse—I knew I was in the right place, in the hands of a legend.

Amy didn’t just restore my haircut. She restored my soul.

    Confidence? Rebuilt.
    Style? On point.
    Rizz? MAXED OUT.

Never again will I stray. From now on, it’s Sports Clips Kirkwood or bust. Ask for Amy. She’s not just a stylist—she’s a miracle worker.
