helen is an absolute gem of a person and her facials reflect who she is and capitalize on her skills as an esthetician.being an esthetician myself i hardly EVER get facials but i am SO glad that i did!helen makes you feel so incredibly comfortable and relaxed throughout the entire service. the vibes are immaculate do yourself a favor and treat yourself to a facial at luna atelier ✨ ?
Helen was amazing!! For a first time waxer, she made me feel so comfortable. She explained everything she was going to do before she did it, level of pain to expect at each part, and gave continued encouragement throughout it all. She didn’t even get mad when I accidentally kicked her ?. She was also very empathetic and charismatic which made the whole session wonderful.
Helen is thorough and very gentle. She creates an environment of trust and safety. Unlike my other experiences with waxing, she also provides simple, effective after care suggestions. Luna has proven to be a game-changer for me. No hype, no trying to upsell or hook you into endless packages, just personal, kind professional service.
