I have been going to Health & Performance Center for several years. Dr. Jared not only addresses the issues I have had, but he also focused our time on teaching me proper movement so I don't re-injure myself in the future. The treatments, training, and homework assignments are all part of a protocol that WORKS! I have been able to continue living my active lifestyle even while working through issues and discomfort. I have recommended HPC to many other people including my spouse, siblings, and friends. If you are looking to address any issues AND learn how to properly move your body to avoid/minimize future issues, you should go to Health & Performance Center.
I don't care where you're at, if you're within 300 miles, this place is worth the drive. Not only do these doctors know and understand body mechanics better than anyone I've ever met, they do all they can to help you get better and give you things to work on at home to keep yourself better. Plus Dr. Jared and Dr. Ian both are great athletes that work hard to keep you in the gym and if you're hurt, they'll work hard to get you back in the gym fast!! Their front desk gal is awesome too! She'll do whatever she can to make sure she can accommodate your schedule to get you in. This place is FANTASTIC!! Our whole family sees Dr. Jared and has for years and years now. I was in pain after an automobile accident and Health and Performance got me in right away. I have gone for 2 weeks and they are so focused on where my pain is and getting me back to normal. Dr McIntosh has been excellent in explaining what he is doing and how the treatment should help. That helps me not to get discouraged with the constant effects from the accident and thinking I will have to live with.
