On behalf of the Pettigrew family we want to say thank you to the entire Baucom’s team. From start to finish everything was seamless and done with dignity.From the beginning they made everything easy. They were not aggressive and did not try to oversell us anything we did not want. They explained every service and gave us examples of what things would look like or how they would go. They respected our wishes at all times. When anything needed to be corrected, they did so most of the time without needing to be asked. They asked our feedback every step of the way and we were able to make changes as needed.
