I have been taking King to Banfield for about a year now. We first went when we got him as a stray. He is a lovable German Shepard 18 months old m. The service has always been very good. They answered any questions I have. Put us on a wellness plan so I pay monthly and can bring him in for shots and well visits. Keep up to date on dewormer medication and send periodic emails and reminders. The staff is friendly and they help me get him to and from the car. He is a big boy and with my arthritis it is sometimes difficult to handle the leash and all.. I'm glad king is a part of the Banfield family.

A knowledgeable group of docs and techs who take the time to ensure I'm aware of the treatment options and risks with each. I'm definitely in control of what treatment is provided and am not getting surprised with extra items. I also work at Scott AFB, and they have been very flexible with my not very flexible schedule.

I have been very happy with Banfield, Dr. Puccinelli has taken care of my three Chihuahuas since I got them 5 years ago. I'm very blessed to have her and the awesome staff for my babies ❤️❤️
