Thank you Dr. G and Jessica! I had a cleaning appointment but wound up in terrible pain because of my impacted, infected wisdom teeth morning of. Jessica made everything as painless and possible and even gave me some numbing shots to alleviate the pain and let me sleep until I could get them extracted (the pain was keeping me up at night!). Her and Dr Giacomini worked swiftly and with such care to refer me to an oral surgeon who could get them out today. If it weren’t for them I would be in SO much more pain right now than I am post removal. This is my 3rd time here and again, my expectations have been surpassed! Thank you times a million!!!
Highly recommend Streets of St Charles Dental..I have been a patient for 3 years now and the services are always excellent. The new hygienist this visit was thorough and knowledgeable.
Absolutely wonderful team, safe and comfortable environment, informative and patient. Crystal was amazing at answering all of my questions, making sure I understood my insurance benefits throughly and checked in with me multiple times if anything changed! Samara is wonderful! She made me feel safe, heard, and taken care of through my whole process, and made sure I felt comfortable! (Also a wonderful person to chat with!) Dr. Giacomini is the best dentist I’ve ever had and I will continue to follow her as long as I can! She was informative, kind, and made my appointments breezy.
