I would first off like to say that when you are dealing with a plumbing issue the stress can be extreme and for some reason I think Google read my mind and sent me to Pierson because it knew I needed a break. Customer service on a SUNDAY evening was 10+ outstanding. The plumber arrived on time, professional and made sure to help us with our issue. He had to come back on Tuesday to help drain the leak and when I tell you that Tristan was at my house for 10 hours and worked so hard to fix our plumbing issue I am not lying. JR was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to explain my issue and provide a few options. He also took the time to make sure my issue was completely resolved before he left. He arrived on time and the price I was quoted was the price I was charged. I’d definitely recommend Pierson Plumbing.
Came to our house at 8:30 at night to fix our issue. Did a great job and was quickly able to get the job done! We thought we would be paying a lot more because of after hours, but price was great! We have used them a few times and always great work!
