I arrived 10 min. Before appt. time. Checked in and gave my new insurance card info. Sat fornegatives. I was never called. I went to the desk to ask how long the wait would be, was told they would let my hygienist know I was here. 2 min. Later my hygienist called me. I ask her why there was a wait. She apologized and said she did not know I was there. Usually it is a 5 min or less wait. The hygienist was really good. Very professional and through. I have been going here for 5 years plus. No other negatives. Overall good care.
Love them!! Awesome staff and helpful all the way thru. I don't like going to dentists but they always make me feel super comfortable and ready for what's going to happen. Highly recommend!!
Very professional and friendly staff. I haven’t been to a dentist in many years, and I was made very comfortable. Everything was explained in great detail and performed flawlessly.
