Lindsay did a great job and was very professional. She listened to my concerns, referenced the picture I'd brought several times, cut on the cautious side, and followed up on my requests to make sure I left happy. I have very full hair so the textured pixie I like to sport can prove a challenge for stylists but she did a great job.I was pretty nervous about going here. I usually go to more upscale salons, but after losing my longtime hairdresser I had a run of bad haircuts with other stylists and gave up for a while before I got tired of my hair growing out. It was my son's second haircut and our stylist was amazing with him. He's only 19 months old and when the buzzers started he got a little skiddish. Another stylist came over to help distract him from the noise which only worked a little bit. Amazing people and glad that both lady's were so willing to go out of their way to make him comfortable. Wish I'd have got their names. Will definitely be back again. Amazing job. Thank you to the ladies at south Campbell store in Springfield mo.

I signed in online before I got to the store. I waited for only a minute or two upon arrival. The person did a great job. She paid attention to detail and took her time. Many times people rush through cutting hair and don't do a good job, but this time I was very pleased.
