Waiting all day for a prescription for a serious infection, then at the end of the day they send wrong prescription.

Staff is extremly nice and helpful. I love my doctor, Chris Durbin, she is amazing!

I was using Dr.Barnett at Mercy for years and switched back in October to Dr. Jennifer O’Malley through Phelps Health in St.James. It is most definitely worth the drive. I have not encountered one person Having a bad day and just being short even. I also have the app on my phone to communicate through that if needed and to see all test results and notes on my file after any appointment. It would take ALOT to make me switch lol! I couldn’t be happier with the staff or Doctor herself. She is there because she wants to be, not for a paycheck, and not just “following protocol, she genuinely cares
