Ashley the hairstylist was very kind and did a great job on my hair. Her customer service was above and beyond. I appreciated that she acknowledged me as a customer.However I was very uncomfortable around the other hairstylists the atmosphere is what mainly made me feel unwelcomed. Price was too high. Poplar Bluff needs more hair shops that do all types of textured hair as well as cultural awareness ??
The assistant manager savanna was probably the most thoughtful down to earth stylist I’ve ever had the pleasure of encountering. Not only was she very kind and professional she also took her time to be sure and cut my hair just the way I wanted it. Very Impressed and highly recommend this wonderful girl! She did awesome on my hair while being a kind and caring person by just having a uplifting conversation that made my night! ?
