What a great experience with a company that is customer driven. When our furnace quit, Mike from Full Nelson services thoroughly investigated the situation and gave us an accurate assessment and the options to solve the problem. Highly recommend. 5 out of 5 stars. ? Regarding the installation: Travis was very impressive, from the moment he drove to my address and rolled down the window with a smile and greeted me to the moment he left. His work was impeccable and his attention to detail was like non other i've had in the past with other companies. He is an employee to be proud of. Hang on to this guy. Very impressed. I will use Full Nelson Services again.
Travis was professional and polite and skilled in diagnosing and replacing my sump pump. He also was very detailed in cleaning everything up. I highly recommend this company, and this specific tech who helped me today.
Stephen extended our natural gas line from the basement to the new standby generator. He did a great job hiding the gas line as much as he could. Then he found 6 small leaks in our 63-year-old original gas line in the basement when he pressure tested the line to pass inspection. He pointed out an issue with our hot water tank vent that I still need to address.
