Donnelly Heating, Cooling & Duct Cleaning

Had them install a new unit for me couple years ago. Had a large unit that was hard to find but they found one in Iowa and got it done. They did a great job and still use them today for regular maintenance. Being in sales and service myself I can say I mostly appreciate how responsive they are.

Our air stopped blowing cold...of course on a Friday in this lovely midwest summer heat. Everywhere else I called either didn't call back or couldn't come out until Monday or later. With dogs and a newborn, I was starting to dread finding somewhere else to stay for the weekend. Matt answered right away and offered to stop by even though he was on his way home for the day. He made sure we were taken care of and had working AC the same day. I highly recommend Donnelly Heating & Cooling and will be using them from now on. Thank you so much Matt!!

Our AC was having issues keeping up with the heat over multiple days so we gave Donnelly Heating and Cooling a call. They walked me through initial steps to check which we had already done, so we ended up with Matt. Matt was AMAZING. He came out to the house promptly at the scheduled time, made sure to clean out the AC unit, checked the Freon, and did additional inspection so that we would be set up long term. He explained what he was doing and why to make us feel comfortable. They will be our first call if we ever run into a similar situation again!
