Had them install a new unit for me couple years ago. Had a large unit that was hard to find but they found one in Iowa and got it done. They did a great job and still use them today for regular maintenance. Being in sales and service myself I can say I mostly appreciate how responsive they are.

My family hired this company to replace our ac system last year. This year the ac is not working. We let them know two months ago that there has been an issue, it took 3 weeks just to get a service call, then an additional 2 weeks for them to contact me about the repair. Now, it's a thousand degrees out, and the company is telling me that they will not start the repair until they have cash in hand upfront for the parts. I understand wanting to collect an upfront partial payment for service to get started. I feel this company is discriminatory, and I've been treated poorly by this company and would not recommend. Their customer service is awful. I have an elderly woman at home who has been very uncomfortable. I was a basically accused of being too poor to pay for their services and told that they "don't do financing" . I have always been prepared to pay in full for the repair once completed. I never requested financing, payment plans, discounts or refunds. My only request was to start the repairs so my mother could be comfortable in her home. If you take your car to a mechanic you pay for parts and labor after the job is done. This has been the worst experience I've had with any hvac company I've ever hired. If you want quality work, professionalism, and compassion, find another company because this guy doesn't have it unless you own a big fancy house in a rich neighborhood.

Our air stopped blowing cold...of course on a Friday in this lovely midwest summer heat. Everywhere else I called either didn't call back or couldn't come out until Monday or later. With dogs and a newborn, I was starting to dread finding somewhere else to stay for the weekend. Matt answered right away and offered to stop by even though he was on his way home for the day. He made sure we were taken care of and had working AC the same day. I highly recommend Donnelly Heating & Cooling and will be using them from now on. Thank you so much Matt!!

Our AC was having issues keeping up with the heat over multiple days so we gave Donnelly Heating and Cooling a call. They walked me through initial steps to check which we had already done, so we ended up with Matt.
Matt was AMAZING. He came out to the house promptly at the scheduled time, made sure to clean out the AC unit, checked the Freon, and did additional inspection so that we would be set up long term. He explained what he was doing and why to make us feel comfortable. They will be our first call if we ever run into a similar situation again!

These guys are the best of of the best!! Best in class CUSTOMER SERVICE, hands down!! They are friendly, knowledgeable, polite, and timely with everything they do. Our AC went out recently and Glen and Matt came out on a moments notice and worked as a team to make a small repair and at least get us comfortable for the night until some necessary bigger repairs can be done. They were honest and walked my wife and I through any and all of our questions as well as how the process works and different options. They gave us various tips, tricks, and best practices along the way to help keep our HVAC system healthy. At the end of the day, these guys are fair and treat people right. They show true integrity in their work and how they carry themselves. You’re not going to find a better HVAC company to help you in your time of need. Hire them! Save their number for when you need them!

Setup time for Glen to come look at our AC. He confirmed 1 pm, took off work and waited. At 1:30 I texted Glen only to find out he double booked me and was in Liberty. I had just booked the appt the night before, so I was a little baffled how he overlooked that minor detail.
