The best customer service you could ask for! Answered the phone the first time I called, was able to program a BCM and cut a new key just like we needed, and fit us in the same day on an already very busy schedule. Thanks again JB!

J.B. was super friendly and helped get my vehicle unlocked. At first, the company didn't think they'd be able to get to me within a reasonable time and offered to refer me to a competitor but I wasn't in a hurry. He was able to get to my vehicle within the hour and even went the extra mile to fix the unlock button on my key fob. Very thankful for Southwest Lock & Key for their outstanding work.

Very pleased with the service! Needed a key programed for a Jetta Volkswagen. They were able to do it with no problem ( other places wanted nothing to do with it once I mentioned it was a Volkswagen). Very affordable (even gave us an extra door key at no charge). Super nice guy. If I ever need to do anything with a key I will definitely go there again.
