I've been here a couple of times. They took good care of me. They're all great, friendly folks. Although one time, the Doc didn't agree with my hypothesis that I'd been bitten by a vampire. And he was right.

As opposed to Mercy Urgent Care, in which a typical wait is four-plus hours. With no appointment, I walked in, didn't even sit down yet to wait, they had a room available after vitals were taken, the doctor looked in my ears and throat, diagnosed me, and sent my prescription within five to ten minutes. Very polite and knowledgeable staff! THANK YOU!Update: We got to the pharmacy, no prescription yet, I'll need to call and check on it. Otherwise, still very pleased.

The staff at lake regional express care here in lebanon is absolutely awesome. They were super friendly, got us in and out very fast. The doctor and nurse we had were super sweet, personable and explained everything in detail. Truly don’t get enough credit!

For non-life-threatening issues, such as colds, earaches, allergies, sprains or mild sunburn, Express Care is a great option, especially after hours or on weekends. All of our Express Care clinics treat patients 3 months of age and older and do not require you to be an established patient for treatment; walk-ins are welcome. Plus, all of our Express Care locations have digital X-ray services. These features make our Express Care clinics convenient places to seek treatment when you're here from out of town or unable to see your primary care provider.
