This clinic uses fear free practices when handling my kitties. The staff is gentle and thoughtful. Dr. Sullivan is so patient and she listens and does everything she can to take good care of not only my kitty but also me. The clinic is very clean and when you check in they don’t leave you sitting in the waiting room with a bunch of other animals. The technician will come and take you very shortly to your own room so my animals don’t have to be afraid by being next to a whole lot of other animals. The most usually is one other animal in the waiting room when I have been there. The staff at the front desk are extremely polite and courteous, and are willing to answer all of your questions. I highly recommend this Clinic. Some things do cost a bit more, but it’s well worth it for the way they handle your animals and the cleanliness of the Clinic. You can also get an appointment Usually the next day, sometimes the same day if it’s an emergency.

We came in for our first visit because my dog was limping. Dr. Scott and Bradley were thorough and took the time to explain each part of the exam and why they were doing it. They were so kind and caring with my boy, and I really appreciated how gentle and compassionate they were. We had a wonderful first experience and felt like he was in great hands.

Non-emergency service for an established cat patient to treat an injury. Nearly half the cost was for x-rays, $350, and $107 just for the exam (plus more for meds, etc). Nearly $700. No complaints at all about the staff, atmosphere, cleanliness. I just think they ate way over-priced.
