My mother went through this company in 2015 it is now 2021 and she filed her taxes this year for 2020 and was charged $480 for overdue taxes because they did not close her account like she asked back in 2017 so now they are charging her backpay for a company the IRS is claiming she owns but she went through superior home health care to get services, that is who was supposed to pay but now she’s paying taxes on a business she knows nothing about and we were having the worst time trying to close the business account everyone is saying that she has, no one knows the name of it and no one can really direct us in the right direction this situation is sad very sad I can’t...read full review

I am getting threatening letters from the IRS and I can't get this place to call me back. No longer answers the phone, not sure if they know it's me on the caller ID. Got a hold of her once two days ago and she said email her a copy of one of the 24 certified letters stating my taxes haven't been paid. Sent the email, left numerous messages...nothing. this is NOT the stress I need right now!
