Whoever is at the front desk at Samuel Rodgers, NEEDS AN ATTITUDE ADJUSTMENT! My mom went in today and it was her first time going in looking for an appointment, she filled out all proper documents and then the young lady then responded with, " Are you going to want to the appointment or not" I'm guessing my mom had questions, which I believe anyone would with it being their first time there. I just want to know what kind of customer service is this? I rarely do this really irritated me to my core.

I have been trying to reach them for months to schedule a dental exam, but they do not return phone calls. I sent them an email asking to schedule and appointment letting them know that I could not reach anyone in their office. Their response was, call again. I wish you all cared about the patients that keep you in business!

The women’s health clinic staff is very rude and seem to not care about their patients. Waited for over an 1hour to be seen even with a scheduled appointment. Always seems to be the case there and when the doctor finally sees you it’s a quick in and out visit. Never going back for women’s health.
