If you're looking for a welcoming space to practice Pilates, Pilates Co-Op KC is the place to go. The atmosphere is inviting, and the studio is always spotless. Everyone there is wonderful! Wendy is an amazing instructor who truly knows how to guide each class. Whether you are a beginner or are advanced, her teaching style & knowledge makes every session feel personalized. Highly recommend!

I really love this place. I’ve taken classes with both Wendy and Jo, and they are beyond helpful and resourceful. I feel like I’m really getting it right with the way they teach and interact with me. I always walk out of the studio so happy! I love coming to classes! 100% worth it.

Not sure where to begin, but this Studio deserves more than five stars. Not only has Pilates changed my physical strength, but clients always receive a warm welcome! I’ve taken classes with Nancy, Katie, and Wendy—they’ve been so kind, caring, and accepting AND manage to make a very social setting feel personalized! Their knowledge of Pilates and the body is unmatched. Their App for classes is easy to use—no hidden charges or enrollment fees—fair and just business practices at this studio! Highly recommend! :)
