I went to Rachel's Hot Pirates! I've been a ZUMBA girl for over 10 years, but cardio workout can't help much for loose skins in upper body unfortunately. Core muscle trainings mainly in hot and humid room wasn't easy, but I felt good! stronger! disciplined! accomplishment! when I finished the class:) Thank you, coach Rachel! I highly recommend her class!

I was in a car accident and suffered from whiplash and needed to get a therapeutic massage to help with the muscle ache. I thought a yoga instructor would be a good choice and made an appointment with Blake at Hagoyah.I've had several massages in my lifetime but Blake is hands down one of the best. I could tell when he began the massage that Blake was doing an assessment of my muscles and the condition of my body from the accident. After assessing my condition, his hands quickly went directly to where the problem was emanating and I could feel my body being restored in a pain free manner as he worked for 90 minutes.I encourage anyone considering Blake to read his mission...read full review

I have been searching for a new professional to cut my hair for over a year. I am picky as it seems all anyone knows how to do on mens hair is grab clippers and shear away. I was directed to Meghan C. as she is said to be very detailed in cutting men's hair. Right from the start we discussed what I was looking for, what type of work I did, clothing worn, etc. This wS not to make small talk, but to see what I needed. Could not be more pleased with everything. Meghan took her time, was detailed in all of her work. Made another appointment for three weeks, I have a new stylist!!!!!
