Truly exceptional from start to finish. Mike went above and beyond to update parts of my current ducting to ensure the best efficiency of our new system. During the quoting process he was the ONLY one of 5 contractors to hear and actually quote me on what I requested which was a side discharge unit. He was open and honest about pricing, what he thought we needed in terms of tonnage and also receptive to small changes (even aesthetic ones) during the process. Mike and his team were prompt, efficient, and professional. They replaced our HVAC system in one day. They left no mess and we are nice and cool with the services of our new nearly silent A/C.

Neil Harris came out and told me I needed a new HVAC system. Mike came over two days later, saw the problem right away and replaced the capacitor on my outside unit. AC is now working great, and Mike said I did not need any new equipment, much less a bigger size like Neil Harris told me! I was so grateful he was able to come after hours and fix my problem so quickly, especially with this 100 degree weather several days in a row!
