Someone came out to fix my gas fireplace. Was very professional and answered any question I had. Did a thorough check and found I only needed a clean connection to the wall switch. Only charged me the diagnostic fee I already knew about ahead of time. Honest person I thought. If I need air or heating help, I would not hesitate to call again.

We were assigned this company through our home warranty company for a main line clog. Communication left much to be desired, as no one will answer/return calls on the weekends. Listing on Google states they are open 24 hrs. Technician came, didnt speak English and spent the majority of the time on the rear of the house, when the main is in the front. Tech had to be told there was a clean out up front and spent maybe 20 min on it before leaving, stating job was complete. Less than a week later, line was clogged again. Company was recalled back out and never bothered to call to set up an appt. Luckily, the warranty company assigned another company and we havent had any issues since. If you choose this company, you will be looking for a better company to come and properly fix it...Save yourself the headaches and call B&L plumbing, their technician was top notch, listened to my concerns, and cleared the clog properly, the first time.

I had a great experience with Better Service Inc. from start to finish. The office staff, Carrie and Michael, were friendly, responsive, and made scheduling everything incredibly easy. They were also very accommodating and flexible in working around my schedule, which I really appreciated.
Jonny, Jose, and Eric the plumbers who came out on separate appointments were professional, efficient, and clearly knowledgeable. They completed all of the home warranty repairs thoroughly and made sure everything was working properly before they left.
Overall, the entire team provided excellent service and made what could have been a stressful process smooth and hassle-free. I would definitely recommend Better Service Inc. to anyone needing reliable and professional work.
Side note to the customer that complained about Jonny speaking Spanish, he speaks English fluently and uses Google Voice Translate for some of the technical terms which was genius honestly.
