Joe from Apple is as good as it gets. He's friendly, shows up 15 minutes before scheduled appointment and does the job right. I strongly recommend him if your carpet is in need of serious cleaning. Like competitors, he uses a van-mounted system that's superior to anything you can rent at the grocery store. He pays attention to detail and doesn't cut corners. Plus...he's a hoot!
