This place is down to earth and understanding of many issues that arise in this line of work. They care dearly for their staff and customers a like. I can't imagine a better local choice than first choice!

This "agency" is a joke. They sent one lady out after having been called 3 times for an associate for assistance that was granted to my mother, the associate lied to my mother and then the agency proceeded to lie to my mother as well. Don't let these people who do not stand behind their word and who don't care about people, into your home to assist your loved ones. They are also very rude on the phone and do not understand what customer service is all about.
