I like going to Merrell University. The people there are friendly and do a good job. Also allows me to save money and still afford to get my hair done at a reasonable price.

I usually schedule a last minute appt and don't expect exceptional technique as I realize they are students and you get what you pay for... that being said, today, I didn't get much. No feet, no hands, lower legs only from ankle to knee. Virtually no shoulders. An awful long time spent on my calves, oddly. I mentioned it afterwards and the girls up front said that I should've had a full body 1 hour massage but I didn't. They still charged me which is fine. But maybe reconfirm before getting undressed that you will be getting a full massage.

I can't tell you enough what an amazing team that owns this university what they did for my family was beautiful and precious and will never be forgotten they on Christmas Eve day went over above and beyond for my 8 year old little girl I won't go into details but the blessings of love that they did will never be forgotten

I had a great massage by Kaitlin. Unbeknownst to me, the day I went was the day new students were scheduled for the first time. I scheduled a full body massage and a reflexology foot massage. I wish I would have know prior to booking that a foot massage was included in the full body and I'd have done a facial instead. The price for the one hour full body massage was very reasonable. My massage was great, however my friend that went with me had a terrible massage. The student skipped entire parts of her body and barely massaged her, even after asking for a deeper massage. She did inform the instructor of the problem but wasn't offered a refund or a compensated visit.

Came here as part of a bridal party. Hair was pretty decent, and updos were okay. However, the makeup was a miss. My contour and blush had a visible gap between them, and the makeup was hardly blended. Worst of all, the teacher was going around saying that "the blending was perfect", when it definitely was not. I had to fix my cheeks later at home. It also took 2 hours longer than we were told it was going to (party of only 5). Not worth the money.

Julia & Emily took care of us for Swedish massages & pedicures. Both were wonderful. Some of the very best massages of our lives. Incredibly relaxing, detail-oriented, intentional, and comfortable. Thank you to both for treating us so well and taking pride in their trade.

I got a perm done, and the stylists/ students at Merrell are phenomenal. They help each other out if an appointment get canceled, and the conversations along with their bonds as friends and classmates make you feel right at home. I felt so relaxed as the rods were being put in for my perm, and when the results were being shown to me, the stylists were so excited and happy for me adding to my already existing excitement! Love the environment, and love their skill. Keep up the great work!
