Paul Harper (the owner of the franchise), explained all of the phases of the project and answered all of my questions. The technology behind epoxy lining our main drain was really interesting to me. The project took 3 days to complete and everything went smooth, and with their 50 year warranty, we're set for life. They also offered 12 months; no interest financing, which I took advantage of.

If I could leave higher than 5 stars I would!! Erron Butts was assigned to my case and he was the absolute best! He was so friendly, patient, and knowledgable-- he answered ALL of my many questions and was a joy to work with. I was even looking forward to him coming back the next day to scope the line out to the street. I would recommend Mr. Rooter to anyone who is in need of plumbing work, especially in a time crunch. My basement backed up on Sunday morning, they came out that same morning (about an hour later), and had a crew in to fix the issue the next day. They were there when scheduled and they stayed until tue job was complete. They were all very professional and polite. They cleaned up the area they were working. I would highly recommend them.
