They came in and got the job done! Alan is who assisted us and he definately KNEW HIS STUFF! Very knowledgable in the area of furnaces and answered all of our questions! Prices are fair and competitive. Thanks Gladstone Furnace for being available at such a short notice. Will definatley be calling you guys should we need anything in the future. July 2025 update: Had two units go down and again GFAC exceeded all expectations and joyfully entered our home. Thank you guys so much ???✝️??
June 2023 update: Gladstone Furnace & A/C was recommended to me by 3 people (I had been using Buckner's for years but it was sold to a National outfit form MN). Anyway, the repair work was clearly explained and the care was evident form the first call through the very end of the repair. Pricing is very fair and reasonable. Nothing is more important then trusting the HVAC company you work with. I will be a customer for as long as Dan & Amy own it or as long as it stays local/family owned.... read full review

Our AC stopped working during a heatwave. This was the first place I called, and I am so happy that I did. It took a bit of time before they were able to install, but it was well worth it Price-wise, extremely reasonable. Amy was very kind and excellent at communicating. The techs were all very kind and helpful
