Alaura is extremely professional, friendly, and efficient. She's the 3rd waxer I've gone to and she's the best by far. She has a modest setup compared to some others, but you can tell her heart is really in it and she works her butt off to build her business. As a guy, it's not always easy to refer people to your waxer, but if anyone ever asked, I'd send them to her! My only worry is that she'll get too popular and I won't be able to book her anymore!As for the negative reviews, if you show up for your appointment, you'll never have an issue. We had facials and a lash lift and tint. done by Alaura. She was amazing- she took so much time explaining different, alternative ways we could improve our skin health and was incredibly thorough and sweet. She was exceptionally knowledgeable and took time answering every question I had. We will definitely be back. ❤️

Highly recommend! Alaura is kind, professional, and does her job very well.I usually go every 4/5weeks for my brazilian wax and I feel comfortable throughout the whole process. Equipment is clean and sanitary (extremely important) and Alaura is quick but thorough. If you're looking for a small business to support, I'd make an appointment!
